Julie Hawk is the owner of Hawk Performance Solutions. She has 10+ years in multiple industries specializing in organizational development and performance improvement. She is a results-oriented visionary who offers creative design solutions for companies and employees through a variety of OD and PI interventions. She has a MS in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University, a certified Real-Time Coach, and a certified TTI Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and Certified Professional Behavioral Driving Forces Analyst.
Jackie Hopper is passionate about lifelong learning and service in the Community. She is the Director of Leadership at the Diocese of Boise where she has worked for over 35 years. In addition to her work, she serves on numerous local and national boards. She was awarded the Woman of the Year in 2011 and continues to work to build up women in leadership. She has an MBA in nonprofit management and is a national speaker on adult education and strategic planning.
Tyson Chaplin is the Chief Learning Officer for Tovuti, a Boise-based learning experience platform provider. He has over a decade of experience in the elearning space and has spoken on and consulted public and private organizations regarding elearning content design and development, and learning platform deployment. He holds a Masters degree in Educational Technology from Boise State University and has a graduate certificate in Technology Integration. He is a passionate advocate for the creation of engaging and creative learning experiences in an online environment.
Kayla Jamison received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Idaho in Education. She transitioned from a traditional elementary teacher to a learning and development professional within a few years. Kayla has worked in both the technology and healthcare sphere doing facilitation, video creation, culture building, coaching and mentoring, eLearning creation, and onboarding.
Jaymie Rietmann is a passionate learner with over 10 years of experience in the talent development field. She has been with WinCo Foods for the last four years and manages a comprehensive management development program that includes three days of in-person instruction. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University.
Bob Rock is a US Navy submarine veteran, brings over 30 years of leadership development, coaching and performance management expertise to the team. He is Director of Learning and Development at PetIQ. He is skilled in eLearning design and delivery and an expert on LMS platforms. Bob is passionate about effective communication and team-building at all levels. An energetic speaker and facilitator, he works tirelessly to build engaged, high performing teams that produce real-world results.
Leslie Brown is a Marketing Consultant at Cumulus Media and is passionate about helping business owners take their business to a new level. She does this by helping business owners define their ideal clients and reach these clients with a strategic radio and digital marketing plan. Leslie has 15 years’ experience in marketing mediums from internet to scent marketing to radio and digital. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Boise State University, where she was part of the winning district team for National Student Adverting Competition.
Josh Orr is from the Boise area and has spent over a decade providing diverse rang of performance solutions to professional athletes in the United States Military and businesses. As a contractor for the military, Josh designed and implemented leadership, team building, and mental strength training for various populations to include snipers, EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) technicians, and the Golden Knights Parachute Teams. Josh comes with an insatiable desire to learn and solve problems while providing effective and sustainable performance solutions. He is not quite sure that this love for learning and growth is a strength or weakness.
