Steve Villachica is an associate professor of Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University. He teaches courses in performance-based instructional design for the workplace and needs assessment. His research interests focus on bringing academics, students, and graduates together with workplace sponsors to decrease ramp-up time to competent performance.
Lisa Giacumo is an assistant professor of Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University. She teaches courses in needs assessment and e-learning. Her research interests focus on the use of data, instructional design, and digital tools for global training initiatives and performance improvement.
