Becoming a Better T&D Strategic Partner: The Power of Leveraging Situational Mindsets
Talent Development Professionals cannot have all the right answers to workplace and workforce challenges, but they can ask the right questions to trigger ideas, insights, and opportunities in order to expand systems thinking to produce positive results for the organization. Practicing Situational Mindsets moves the Talent and Development role from “order taker” to strategic partner and provides opportunity for T&D professionals to help leaders close the gap between what we think we know and what we must understand to prevent missteps and blunders in workforce development planning.
