Using the principle of "models" to create a shared understanding, the Success MAP leverages the way our minds workthrough visual processing. It is a model that takes the abstract and makes it concrete. The Success MAP is a structured approach to behavior-design that can guide individuals, and even organizations, to successfully navigate the changes they are seeking.

Speaker Bio

Tory Hebdon is the founder of A Life Well Lived… Benefit Corporation. Having nearly died at age 34 and with a new perspective on life, Tory is on a mission to give to people the mindset, skill sets, and strategies they need to achieve a life well lived. Using the principle of models to create a shared understanding, he uses what he calls "Models for Living" to create transformational leadership and personal growth coaching services and teaching tools. His motto is "If you can see it for what it is, you can see it for what it can become!" With nearly 20 years of corporate experience, he is a Sr. Change Manger at Micron Technology, a certified Organizational Change Practitioner, and carries a speaker, coach, and trainer certification from The John Maxwell Team. Tory also serves as the National Youth Leadership Training Director for the Boy Scouts of America for western Idaho, and, most importantly, he is the husband to an amazing wife and father of four awesome kids. A Life Well Lived… Benefit Corporation is a leadership and personal development coaching business.
