Enhance your Coaching Skills: The Benefits of an ICF Certification 

According to the International Coaching Federation, “For many, coaching is a life-changing experience that dramatically improves their outlook on work and life while improving leadership skills. Coaching helps people tap into their potential, unlocking sources of creativity and productivity.” At this workshop, Todd McArthur will discuss how to prepare for an ICF coaching certification. Todd will also share the benefits of being a certified coach and how a coaching program can strengthen leadership skills within an organization.

This workshop supports the Coaching ATD Capability.

Speaker Bio

Todd McArthur, ACC, CPCC, has been coaching professionally for over 10 years. He has worked with clients who include executive leadership, Ivy League students, and career professionals of every kind. 

Todd is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Coach and is one of the only 33 ICF certified coaches in the state of Idaho. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and their local (Boise) affiliate group ICF High Country. Todd is also a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches and is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC).

Todd McArthur holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwest Nazarene University and is currently enrolled in the Adult and Organizational Learning and Leadership master's degree program at the University of Idaho.
