Meet Amy Claybaugh
Amy Claybaugh spent the first part of her career in health sciences libraries where she lead a team of professional librarians who help clinicians find the best information to get evidence into practice and improve patient outcomes. But, after realizing that she spent much of her time in the library looking forward to the few days a year spent teaching research skills, she earned an MS in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and pivoted into learning and development.
Amy is passionate about helping organizations improve through thoughtful and strategic development of individuals and teams. She’s excited to report she gets to read more for work now that she doesn’t work in a library.
