Travis Mantha is a Senior Program Manager of Professional Development Programs in the Learning, Development, and Wellness team. His main area of focus is on Career Development where he develops and manages valued learning solutions to help Micron team members own their careers. He is currently piloting an interactive cohort, career development experience called iAspire! that will globally deploy in the Summer of 2022. He is very excited to have the opportunity to also grow Mentoring as a primary source of development within the company through partnership with ERGs, department initiatives, and Workday. In February, Travis celebrated 24 years in Micron. He has been very appreciative of the various career opportunities available to him over this time and the amazing, diverse networks he has forged resulting in continuous growth and an engaging working climate.
