Jaymie Rietmann is a passionate learner with over 10 years of experience in the talent development field. She recently left her career with WinCo Foods where she managed a comprehensive management development program that includes three days of in-person instruction. She currently is an independent coach and facilitator. She earned her bachelor’s in business management from the University of Phoenix and a master’s in organizational performance and workplace learning from Boise State University.
Julie Hawk is the owner of Hawk Performance Solutions. She specializes in reducing employee attrition and turnover saving companies thousands of dollars. Known as “The Hawk,” Julie is a results-oriented visionary who offers creative design solutions that differentiate brands and experiences and ultimately results. With her no-fluff communication, she is the go-to coach for personal and team results. She has a MS in organizational performance and workplace learning from Boise State University, is a certified Real-Time Coach, and uses TTI assessments and inventories for behaviors, drivers, competencies, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, and more.
Linda Frei has a bachelors degree in management and organizational leadership from George Fox University and a masters degree in instructional and performance technology from Boise State University. She has over 25 years experience with training, documentation, and performance management. Linda is currently freelancing and helping a growing manufacturing company analyze their processes for opportunities for improvement, particularly on the side of how employees can do their jobs more efficiently and with less potential for errors.
Liz Skoro joins ATD with over 10 years of instructional design and teaching experience. After nine years as a K-12 ESL, French, English, and Social Studies teacher, she spent three years providing coordination and educational technology services to the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. Now back in Boise, she looks forward to earning an M.S. in organizational performance and workplace learning through Boise State this July.

Ryan Martin is a technical writer at Micron Technology and has over 21 years of experience in the field of technical communication. He also worked for 10 years designing and implementing custom web solutions for people and companies. Ryan has a master's degree in technical communication from Boise State University.
Angie Spaulding is the Financial Controller at the Amalgamated Sugar Company, the second-largest sugar beet refiner in the United States, and manufacturer of industrial and retail sugar products marketed under the White Satin brand. Angie is a CPA in the state of Idaho with 13 years of public and private accounting experience. She graduated magna cum laude from the Boise State University with a bachelor's of business administration in accounting and finance. In her spare time, Angie enjoys reading, creative writing, long distance running and spending time with her husband, Nate, and her four children.
Jessie Clark is a recent BSU graduate who works at Scentsy as a Training Specialist. She started her career in Restaurant Management and this experience gave her exposure to all areas of business. She quickly realized she had a deep love for the 'people' part of business. She selected her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Business Administration - Human Resource Management, because she wanted to pursue a career that allowed her to impact people in an organization. She has spent the last two years either recruiting or assisting recruiters, and recently moved into her current role as a Training Specialist. She's starting a Master's program in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning in the fall of 2022. Outside of work, she loves cats, books, and traveling to places with cooler weather in the hot Boise summers.
Matt Blakely is an ever-curious professional who is interested in the insights that people in various career fields can contribute to each other. He has prior experience in HR and as a training specialist and currently works in the mental health field. Matt holds a bachelor's in business management from Brigham Young University and a master's in social work from Boston College. Matt plans to integrate his mental health experience with his passion for talent development to improve the wellbeing of employees in the workplace and help people develop relevant leadership skills needed for those improvements to happen.
