Julie Hawk is owner of Hawk Performance Solutions. She specializes in reducing employee attrition and turnover saving companies thousands of dollars. Being known as “The Hawk” she is a results-oriented visionary who offers creative design solutions that differentiate brands and experiences, and ultimately results. With her no fluff communication, she is the go-to Coach for personal and team results. She has a MS in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University, is a certified Real-Time Coach, and uses TTI assessments and inventories for Behaviors, Drivers, Competencies, Employee Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, and more.
Jaymie Rietmann is a passionate learner with over 10 years of experience in the talent development field. She has been with WinCo Foods for the last four years and manages a comprehensive management development program that includes three days of in-person instruction. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University.
Jackie Hopper is passionate about lifelong learning and service in the Community. She is the Director of Leadership at the Diocese of Boise where she has worked for over 35 years. In addition to her work, she serves on numerous local and national boards. She was awarded the Woman of the Year in 2011 and continues to work to build up women in leadership. She has an MBA in nonprofit management and is a national speaker on adult education and strategic planning.
Ryan Martin is a technical writer at Micron Technology and has over 20 years of experience in the field of technical communication. He also worked for 10 years designing and implementing custom web solutions for people and companies. Ryan has a master's degree in technical communication from Boise State University.
Linda Frei has a bachelors degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and a masters degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University. She has over 25 years experience with training, documentation, and performance management. She is currently freelancing and helping a growing manufacturing company analyze their processes for opportunities for improvement, particularly on the side of how employees can do their jobs more efficiently and with less potential for errors.
Josh Orr is from the Boise area and has spent over a decade providing diverse rang of performance solutions to professional athletes in the United States Military and businesses. As a contractor for the military, Josh designed and implemented leadership, team building, and mental strength training for various populations to include snipers, EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) technicians, and the Golden Knights Parachute Teams. Josh comes with an insatiable desire to learn and solve problems while providing effective and sustainable performance solutions. He is not quite sure that this love for learning and growth is a strength or weakness.
Megan Hudson received both her Bachelor and Master degrees in Communication at Boise State University and over the last 25 years has had the pleasure of partnering with several organizations throughout Idaho to improve productivity, leadership and morale in the workplace. Her passion is to help others recognize and effectively utilize their talents within a team. It brings her great joy to help leaders and teams overcome their challenges to become unified and enthusiastic toward fulfilling their purpose. Whether she’s facilitating strategy planning, presenting at conferences, or coaching supervisors on how to deliver effective feedback Megan is committed to providing insight, resources and tools that are meaningful, relevant, and make a difference.
Liz Skoro joins ATD with over 10 years of instructional design and teaching experience. After 9 years as a K-12 ESL, French, English, and Social Studies teacher, she spent 3 years providing coordination and educational technology services to the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. Now back in Boise, she looks forward to earning an M.S. in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning through Boise State this July.
Tyson Chaplin is the Chief Learning Officer for Tovuti, a Boise-based learning experience platform provider. He has over a decade of experience in the elearning space and has spoken on and consulted public and private organizations regarding elearning content design and development, and learning platform deployment. He holds a Masters degree in Educational Technology from Boise State University and has a graduate certificate in Technology Integration. He is a passionate advocate for the creation of engaging and creative learning experiences in an online environment.
