Chapter Operating Plan
To qualify to be part of ATD National's CARE program, every TD Chapter is required to meet certain criteria to participate in the program and receive the benefits extended to Chapters. The Treasure Valley decided to participate in the CARE program as a way to differentiate our Chapter among other non-profits and to allow our Members to participate and receive the National benefits. One of the many criteria is to create an annual operating plan.
The purpose of the operating plan is for the Board of Directors to come together to determine the Chapter strategy for the coming year. Take a look at the Treasure Valley's Operating Plan.
